These Spiced Wok-Tossed Nuts are infused with the perfect blend of sweet and salty, and an added flare of spice. They make a great on-the-go snack or cocktail pairing.

2 tablespoon Kaila Organic All-Perfect Stir Fry Oil
1 cup unsalted raw cashews
1 cup unsalted raw almonds
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 ¼ teaspoons ginger powder
1 ¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt

Heat the Organic All-Perfect Stir Fry Oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the cashews and almonds, and continue stirring until they are slightly golden in color. Reduce heat to medium-low, and add in the coconut sugar. Continue stirring until the coconut sugar is melted, for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in the ginger, pepper, cayenne, and salt, making sure to stir frequently to avoid burning. Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove from heat and place on parchment paper to cool. Serve immediately, or keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
