ALL-PERFECT SPRING ASPARAGUS
AND SNAP PEA SAUTÉ

Asparagus and snap peas are two stars of the season and together with garlic and parsley make a light and delicious side dish.

2 tablespoons Kaila Organic All-Perfect Sauté Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bunches asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
2 ½ cups snap peas, ends removed
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped parsley
Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Heat the Organic All-Perfect Sauté Oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until golden and fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the asparagus, snap peas, and scallions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add parsley, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
