ALL-PERFECT RAINBOW CHARD WITH TOASTED GARLIC

Rainbow chard makes a colorful presentation on the plate. Toasting the garlic in All-Perfect Saute Oil both boosts flavor and adds a textural crunch to the greens.

2 T Kaila All-Perfect Sauté Oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
2 bunches rainbow chard, stemmed and chopped
1/8 tsp red chile flakes Sea salt

Heat the All-Perfect Sauté Oil with the garlic slices in a large saute pan over medium-low heat. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, until the garlic starts to sizzle and become fragrant. When the garlic slices just begin to color, remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel.

Turn up the heat to medium-high and add the chard to the pan, tossing to coat with the oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes, tossing a few times, until the chard is wilted. Sprinkle with toasted garlic slices, chile flakes and sea salt, and toss several more times to distribute.
