ALL-PERFECT SAUTÉED MUSHROOMS WITH
ROSEMARY & PECORINO
Sautéed mushrooms are imbued with the flavors of garlic and rosemary, and onions add a bit of crunch to this recipe that pairs well with sautéed spinach or brown rice.
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups quartered mushrooms
1 cup sliced onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Sea salt, to taste
Grated Pecorino, to taste
Heat the Organic All-Perfect Sauté Oil with the garlic, mushrooms, onion, and rosemary in a large sauté pan over medium-low heat. Sauté for 5-8 minutes, until the mixture becomes fragrant.
Remove from heat, plate, and sprinkle with salt and fresh Pecorino to taste. Serve immediately.
